Can I return/exchange my order?
Products can only be returned if it’s received in a damaged condition, or a wrong product is delivered (though they are very unlikely to happen), however, a return request will only be entertained within two days of receiving the product. A photo of the received/damaged product will be asked while we initiate your return process.

As soon as we receive the product you sent us back, we initiate refund process. Refund will always be given on original payment mode. In case of Cash On Delivery, we refund by booking an Electronic Money Order (EMO) to your address.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed post 2pm on Saturday ship on Monday only.
If we are late in shipping your order, our team member will connect with you over email. Please ensure you share the correct contact details with us.
For all orders within India, we offer free shipping on orders above 500.
COD is available for all domestic orders and starts at Rs. 500. No extra charges for the same are calculated for that.
For deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website
Regular Shipping: (minimum)
All orders ship as per the stated timeline. Metro connections can expect delivery in 3-4 working days. Non-Metro connections can expect delivery in 3-7 working days. These delivery timelines are estimates and not actuals. Delivery timelines vary on external factors of logistics partners that are outside our control.
We offer regular shipping with India Post. We are soon collaborating with Delhivery.
Shoppers from outside India will be contacted for intimation of shipping charges before confirming there orders.
