Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy applies 2 days since you received the order. We can’t offer you a full refund or exchange if 2 days exceed since the delivery confirmation. Orders placed by mistake or otherwise can be canceled within 24 hours. Once your order status gets changed to ‘Awaiting Shipment’, means it’s ready to be shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return through our pick-up service (subject to availability), we require a form to be filled out.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 working days. In case of an order is placed choosing Cash On Delivery, we will send EMO (Electronic Money Order)  to the given Billing Address. Or, you can let us know your Bank Account Details where we can refund you manually.

Late or missing refunds

For return items, please give us time to get back the item you have sent by courier/ by speed-post/by pick-up services. Once it is received by our team, it will be checked and approved for refund/exchange. Our team will be in communication with you during this period. If you’re eligible for getting a refund, expect it to reflect in your account within 2-3 working days.

For approved order cancellation, you should expect a refund within 48 hours.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please contact us if you’ve done all these and still have not received your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Some items are unique and cannot be exchanged. In that case, you’ll get a refund excluding shipping and taxes if any.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Always use a trackable/accountable shipping method to return/exchange your item.
