Return Policy

At YOUR AVA STORE (PAMELI MUKHERJEE), we want you to love what you buy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

The return  and  replacement request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.

All the replaced products will be delivered within 1-5 days.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Once your return request is approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.

Please note:

The item must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

Depending on the reason, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

3. Inspection and Approval

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it.

If approved, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit as per our Refund Policy.

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process after approval.

4. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

Please share photos or unboxing videos within 24 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our return terms.
